This was a full-day outing. We snorkeled at several prime spots on the reef off the coast of Caye Ambergris. Then we stopped at a private beach for a relaxing cookout. Our guides prepared several kinds of fish, conch, and lobster that they found during our morning snorkeling. I've never seen so many lobster tails. After lunch and playing on the beach, we spent the afternoon snorkeling in a few other places along the reef. We even encountered a few sharks.
